Gault&Millau's review2025
We're fond of, but also respectful of this restaurant, which celebrated its 50th anniversary this year. Because there's character here, because there's no mistaking the quality of the produce (we're on the port of Bastia, and the tourist signs are piled up against each other thirty meters away) and because there's always savoir-faire in the kitchen. Of course, trust in the classics, which are best served freshly picked or just arrived, such as oysters from the Etang de Diane, seafood, Cape lobster, spaghetti with clams, whole fish or Corsican veal escalope with lemon. Good wine selection.
