It's a family-run establishment on the shores of the lake since 1964, the story of several generations passing on their passion for the good and the true. Today, under the direction of Charlotte and Valentin Marin, the establishment stays the course and offers an experience of discreet luxury, both in the setting, with its comfort and nature, and in the dishes, full of a tamed yet rustic terroir. You'll discover a fine starter based around tomatoes or langoustine, stripped down to its essentials, followed by Arctic char with smoked butter velvet, sweetbreads or beef with lemon sweetness. A well-developed cellar in the region.
