Like an air of vacation... We sit under the beautiful covered terrace, opening onto a pleasant, peaceful setting: the pool, the greenery, the sun... Service is attentive and friendly, and chef Benjamin Bourgoin's cuisine is based on high-quality, local produce inspired by the South of France. While a more contrasting commitment would bring even more singularity to this proposal, the techniques and experience are successful and accurate. The 40th anniversary menu at €40 includes a selection of à la carte dishes: small Niçois farcis, basil coulis; roast Challans poultry supreme, homemade purée or fillet of sea bream, bayaldi of Provençal vegetables for the main course; and to finish on a sweet note, the strawberry and bergamot finger glacé or the intense chocolate... The wine list also gives pride of place to the Mediterranean region.
