Chef's Restaurant Bistrot, but not too much, for this address that hides its secrets, and above all the career of its chef Simon Scott, who has worked at the Ritz and the Savoy. A regular at the grandes maisons, he hasn't completely lost his habits, and continues to lavish fine gourmet cuisine here, imbued with a fine sense of freedom. À la carte: mimosa egg with artichoke confit, crunchy sweet-and-sour vegetables, farmhouse goat's milk ice cream, snacked fillet of pollack, crushed vitelotte with olive oil, pan-fried samphire and basil oil, pulled-pork pastilla, sweet potato mousseline, caramelized onions and barbecue sauce, brillat-savarin cheesecake with exotic fruits and speculoos. A fine discovery menu at €54.
