Chef's Restaurant A majestic table in celebration of Alsace, rooms full of character where you can admire an imposing bourgeois style, beams and woodwork, caned chairs and beautifully carved furniture. For this tribute, the entire Hellmann family is at the service of regional tradition: Jean-Philippe and Pierre in the kitchen, parents Marie-Rose and Jules and daughter Anna in the dining room. The menu features exemplary dishes: consommé with beef marrow quenelles, Paul Haeberlin-style frog mousseline with beurre blanc sauce, langoustine feuillantine with spinach and saffron sauce, chest-roasted squab and fleischnackas with port sauce, bourbon vanilla crème brûlée. The house also offers a winstub.
