On Square Granvelle, Brasserie 1802 is a well-known meeting place for Bisontins, who can enjoy a chic, friendly setting, where the kitchens deliver a consensual bistro-style plate. The ideas are rather impersonal, but the execution maintains the level: octopus marinated in ponzu, spring rolls with white radish, a crispy trout with fresh herbs, green salad and avocado, a quasi of veal with mornay sauce, creamy peas, conchiglionis and veal jus with tarragon, a chocolate croustillant.
