A chic, consensual brasserie on Place Granvelle, where you can enjoy the shade of the trees in the heart of the Boucle. The place is practical and well-maintained, with a market formula at €24 and a menu at €49: soft-boiled egg florentine with comté cheese, a fillet of gurnard, beurre blanc with fresh herbs, split-pea financier, seasonal vegetables, veal chuck "blanquette printanière" style, macaroni gratin flavored with tartufata, rhubarb compote, emulsion and Greek yogurt ice cream.
