Gourmet Restaurant Daniel Gallacher's good, fine cuisine is demanding in terms of product and rigorous in terms of execution. And the prices are always reasonable, so you can enjoy a seasonal menu that's always well composed: smoked potato with garlic, morels and charcuterie condiment, hake lacquered with kalamansi, fennel, onion and tarragon, or lamb in two varieties with anchovy, asparagus and Paloise sauce, milk chocolate tartlet infused with hay, cardamom ice cream and cocoa nibs... This restaurant exudes professionalism and French quality.
