Gourmet Restaurant It's fresh, lively, natural, it's Racines. The nearby banks of the Thiou evoke the chirping of a river, while the day's menu is short but not banal: trout gravlax with herbs and condiments, stuffed cabbage with garlic and vinaigrette, duck breast with celery and mushrooms, chocolate with citrus fruits, for a well-ordered three-course sequence. The small, well-sorted cellar offers a wide range of wines by the glass or 50 cl.
