Chef's Restaurant In the heart of Old Lille, Gérald Guille and his solid team offer their culinary creations with finesse and delicacy. The gastronomic menus take us into a daring universe of inventive combinations, respectful of the products and their proud producers. This "cuisine of emotions", as the chef likes to say, is built around tuberous vegetables, citrus fruits, watercress and beet for the seasons, knives from the Opal Coast, scallops, herring, trout from Artois and saffron from the Somme for the local, edible flowers for color and meat or fish juices, in a clean, smooth ensemble that deserves its toques.
