Gourmet Restaurant Two La Mercerie alumni, Benoît in the kitchen and Léo in the dining room, have opened their own place at the address formerly occupied by the Opéra Zoizo. The result is a modern neo-bistro that follows the current codes with slash blends, while instilling a good dose of personality: cauliflower with bbq sabayon comté beurre de brioche, steamed yellowtail fennel confit sorrel citrus sauce, quince sorbet and citrus ricotta sweet mint fermented chili juice, in a pleasing overall formula priced at €29.
