Gourmet Restaurant Inside, it's like an old-fashioned café, with its tiled counter and Thonet chairs. Yet the spirit is very much of the moment in this kitchen, where seasonal produce is the priority. The lunch offer is interesting, at €32, and the one-menu dinner also attracts the neighborhood with four well-conceived and well-executed courses: beet avocado in mole sauce, cuttlefish confit kombu cauliflower fish fumet with pepper and lemon, guinea fowl Bresse Brussels sprouts apricot condiment and fermented plum buckwheat toast in devil's sauce, ending with a lovely dessert full of freshness, kiwi watercress sorbet Greek yogurt cheong (fermented syrup) cucumber and furikake meringue for a final umami.
