Gourmet Restaurant Like us, the Avalins have adopted this central address which, according to the house baseline, is the "refuge of bon vivants". If you look at the atmosphere on a seasonal evening, you can hardly doubt it. The cuisine isn't rustic, however: based on mountain fare, it develops with a certain finesse: confit of Savoy trout and smoked pike roe, Arctic char with chanterelle mushrooms and sorrel, poultry supreme with morel mushrooms, a comforting sequence right through to the chocolate-crisp dessert. The bill flirts with €100, and the team is motivated and smiling.
