Chef's Restaurant Beautiful Franco-Japanese cuisine orchestrated by Yurika Kitano and Raamin Samiyi. The place takes up the codes of the bistro with its small tables and banquettes, but in a very minimalist and uncluttered vein, and the kitchen is totally open. The €45 lunch menu offers a great first experience: marinated white tuna with green chili sauce, king crab, burnt eggplant, red currant and kombu, blueberry cascade, red wine and shiso, lime cheesecake and white chocolate mousse. Fine food and wine pairings from €28.
