Gourmet Restaurant This is where you'll find natural, modern fish, at Clémentine, whose slogan "Bistrot de curiosités marines" (Bistro of marine curiosities) fits this singular place perfectly. Because behind the trendy slash titles, there's more than just the assembly of ingredients, but a reflection on seasonality and the balance of flavors and calories. A pleasant tapas menu for the evening, with cabbage stuffed with spider crab, acras mayo with Breton lemon pepper, oyster and yuzu... and fine dishes such as butternut snacked cuttlefish, caramelized endives, oat cream with armagnac sauce... Well-thought-out desserts in the same spirit (brioche perdue praliné, fontainebleau au gwell).
