A fisherman's bistro with a blue facade to announce the color, just north of downtown. Pauline and Clémentine's address, advertised as a table of marine curiosities, is a lovely journey to the sea, with the right technique and passion. These are well-crafted plates, for lovers of the genre, bouchot mussels with fresh herbs, mullet carpaccio, mustard seeds, beet condiment, rosemary oil and pink radishes, snacked saithe, small spelt, smoked haddock sauce, red cabbage and butternut pickles, chia seed porridge, custard and fresh apples. A la carte every day: wild fish and seafood tapas.
