A pretty market restaurant with an Aveyron accent on the Opera side, where you can enjoy well-sourced produce and a few revisited traditions. Chef Bruno Doucet has been at the helm since 1992 with remarkable consistency, renewing his dishes and modernizing them here and there. Don't miss the country terrine, Greek pascade, Lagast mountain pork belly with green lentils, meat jus and bacon emulsion, Drailles beef entrecôte, home fries and meat jus, and the unmissable rice pudding with dairy caramel.
