Gourmet Restaurant The table at Chern Hwei Gan is a good illustration of the revival of the local culinary scene, capable of thinking outside the box and departing from traditions that are sometimes all too present. The house is lively and dynamic, often renewing itself and calibrating its dishes with good intuition. The €42 lunch menu starts with red tuna tataki, avocado and chili vinaigrette, followed by monkfish, celery and green coconut-curry, pork, potatoes and green asparagus, Basque cheesecake, praline and pear. In the evening, tasting menus take over, in five or seven courses, at €58 and €78. Current cellar, with solid references (Aegerter, Laura David, Achillée...).
