The adventure continues as hoped for Charlotte and Alexis, who three years ago won the Dotation Gault&Millau. Since then, they've made their mark in this pretty room close to the center of town, and offer their blind menus in the evening, at €64 and €74 depending on the number of courses. At lunchtime, customers are allowed to choose what they prefer, on a pleasant €30 formula that's our favorite: sea bream confit with beet and feta condiment, fish of the day with poultry jus and celery cream, with a vegan alternative at each level, ending in delicacy with vanilla kiwi feuilletine.
