Chef's Restaurant Building on a highly successful start-up that we've already described as a two-toque affair, Florencia and Lorenzo continue their adventure in an even more refined space, spreading the message of natural cooking, following the cycle of the seasons, as they've already experimented with great Italian masters such as Enrico Crippa, or most recently with Mauro Colagreco at Le Mirazur. Two hidden menus at €90 and €120, in five or seven courses, offer this two-toque cuisine to lovers of surprises.
