Chef's Restaurant Here's a chef, here's cuisine, in the very heart of Vieux Nice and in an almost unexpected way. Yes, in this little stall where you'd expect to find street food from Nissarde, Thomas Hubert delights with his own personalized cuisine inspired by Nice and always a little surprising: roasted scallops with creamy celery hazelnut and fried leek, beef cheek braised in red wine and parmesan polenta, profiterole-style cabbage with gianduja sauce, you'll always find quality, inspiration and respect for tradition. Good menu at €39 (strangely named "Bib gourmand" as a sign of allegiance), small well-organized cellar with personal choices.
