Gourmet Restaurant Perhaps the best way to enjoy the splendid Place du Vieux Marché is at this young table on the pedestrian street leading down from it. Laure and Brice, who have been in business for four years, are cheerful and modest as they grow their little house. A breath of fresh air and quality permeates the current menu, which sticks to skillfully prepared seasonal products: tuna with marinated tomato, octopus tomato water and raspberry vinegar, turbot and zucchini flower stuffed with lemon condiment, roasted cockles and samphire, veal and snails, beans with artichoke garlic cream... With a good seasonal dessert (cherry rhubarb fromage blanc...), the bill rises to €70, but the menu option at €34, with no choice but the à la carte menu, is an excellent choice. Laure's service is as active and precise as ever, and the cellar is a good accompaniment.
