Chef's Restaurant In a semi-pedestrian street close to the city center, behind a blue façade, here's a tempting cuisine that loves plants. Baptiste Renouard doesn't cheat on the provenance of his produce and the choice of his producers, who pick flowers, herbs and fermentations in the restaurant itself. His menus are well composed, with high but fair prices, such as the Sienne formula at €130. Nice appetizers, such as the turnip tarte tatin confit cooked in a homemade coffee kombucha, accompanied by a creamy peanut sauce, and a pretty monochrome picture with this composition of scallops-couteaux-white asparagus, light vinaigrette and Iranian black lemon; for the meat, the chef plays on mystery, hiding it under a multitude of mushroom shavings, a piece of beef tongue and its gourmet jus, concluding with a memory of the chef's childhood with hot chocolate, mousse, brioche, strudel and cocoa tuile, brioche ice cream. Today's cellar, organic, biodynamic, well advised by the sommelier. Pleasant, attentive team.
