Gourmet Restaurant The adventure continues, well, for Antoine and Guillaume's house, so well placed on the Cours, at the threshold of the old quarter. This winning partnership between a pastry chef and a sommelier has come up with a great concept: a dining cellar and a restaurant with a strong dessert scene. The nibbles are tasty on small plates to share: duck pâté en croûte, beet confit and smoked poultry jus béarnaise oxalis, smoked organic celery poultry ballottine jus du potager, sweet potato caramel miso, one of Antoine's creations, who also offers an all-dessert menu at €28 for 3 offers of the moment. Interesting cellar, good choice by the glass (Luneau-Papin, Gramenon, Ollier Taillefer...).
