Gourmet Restaurant The sole ambition of this bistro housed in a contemporary building away from the center? To give you a good time, a mission in which Olivier Bontemps has been a true specialist for ages. It's the menu of a modern brasserie, but it's got style, and on the plate, it's all fun, with this talented chef who has never lost touch with his gastro days (at Marx, with Fabien Lefèvre at Octopus...) long ago. We're still in for a treat with an impeccable €27 formula: potato curry and cheddar cake, Faroese salmon pavé with chimichurri spices, vanilla chocolate mi-cuit and speculoos. Takeaway dishes, a luminous setting with large bay windows and lots of conviviality.
