The sole ambition of this bistro housed in a contemporary building away from the center? To give you a good time, a mission in which Olivier Bontemps has been a true specialist for ages. It's the menu of a modern brasserie, but it's got style, and on the plate, it's fun, with this talented chef who has never lost his touch from his gastro days (at Marx's, the Pourcel's...) a long time ago. We're still in for a treat with an impeccable €27 formula: potato curry and cheddar cake, Faroese salmon pavé with chimichurri spices, vanilla chocolate mi-cuit and speculoos. Takeaway dishes, a luminous setting with large bay windows and lots of conviviality.
