The mood here is one of good humor and indulgence! Sylvia in the dining room and Baptiste in the kitchen have taken over this cosy restaurant, keeping the spirit of conviviality alive after having worked there for several years. They cultivate the pleasure of welcoming guests and treating them to a traditional cuisine based on fresh local produce, with a speciality of seafood delivered each morning, a guarantee of great freshness. Meat lovers won't be outdone by these slow-cooked, low-temperature confit cuts. Here and there, the Chef adds a subtle Asian touch to tantalize the taste buds. As for desserts, the house gives pride of place to both classics and creations, such as this three-chocolate cookie dough. In a cosy setting or on the pleasant terraces, you can enjoy tapas and a selection of only artisanal beers from nearby breweries. Sylvia has also chosen some very fine bottles, from the region (Côte-rôtie, Crozes-Hermitage) and from France.
