Chef's Restaurant You'll never want to miss this authentic, warm Japanese counter. With its open-plan kitchen, staff who speak alternating Japanese and French, and attention to detail and crockery, you're guaranteed a change of scenery. This is confirmed in the dishes, inspired by traditional seasonal dishes. There's the "Bento" format, with an assortment of starters, a dish of the day and miso soup, for €24, the "Chirashi" menu, at €28.50, with its raw fish, and finally the seasonal menus, from €41 to €58. Options include a duo of sashimi, mackerel namban, Japanese rillons with pink king pork, pan-fried monkfish cheek with miso butter sauce, and green tea tiramisu flavored with yuzu. A fine selection of sakes.
