For the past twelve years, Jean-Nobuki Remon has been bringing Tours' best Japanese restaurant to life. Although it doesn't take you to the other side of the world, it expresses a beautiful vision of the country, through authentic cuisine and an inspired setting, with an open kitchen, wooden counter and traditional tableware. For lunch, the €25.50 bento is unbeatable, while evenings lend themselves to more elaborate programs: duo of sashimi, mackerel nanban, agebitashi of pollock and seasonal vegetables, breaded free-range chicken with katsu sauce, black sesame and green tea ice cream, red bean confit. Well-stocked cellar.
