Gourmet Restaurant A pretty period house renovated in a contemporary style, with parquet flooring and sober tones. Here we meet Emily and Cyrille, who offers a market cuisine with exotic accents, drawing on his Asian experience. The trout "moelleux" is revisited with a cauliflower and wasabi cream, red cabbage salad, sweet jurançon veil, ponzu and tobiko, while the "retour de pêche" comes with miso cream, katsuobushi bonito flakes, black rice and seasonal vegetables, chicken ballottine stuffed with cabbage, mushrooms and chicken liver, poultry velouté with sake, soy and foie gras, seasonal vegetables, vanilla panna cotta and cookie financier, with rum, pineapple, mango, kiwi, coconut and exotic custard. Cellar with just over seventy references.
