Chef's Restaurant A hotel restaurant with a rather interesting menu led by chef Thomas Danigo. The setting is rather intimate, the service discreet and efficient, and if the plates give in a little too quickly to the sirens of fashion (gambas ravioli in galanga broth, saffron risotto and smoked nduja stracciatella shells artichokes), the execution brings good sensations for prices that remain contained: vol-au-vent of morel mushrooms, vegetables and cancoillotte, Grenoble whiting with fish roe beurre blanc, rhubarb glacé with yoghurt sorbet and fennel crumble in a sequence around €80 à la carte for two well-deserved toques.
