A trendy bistro conveniently located in the heart of town, with an eloquent tagline (“drink and dine”) that truly delivers: seasonal ingredients, meticulous preparation, and well-balanced menus—such as cream of asparagus soup, grilled wild asparagus with ginger-chili seasoning, pan-seared trout with white butter sauce, crushed dill, fennel, and potatoes, and Fontainebleau steak with strawberries and rosemary-infused strawberry confit, all part of a great lunch menu for €29 (the evening set menu, quite similar, is €41). Good regional wine cellar featuring wines from the Yonne region (Épineuil, Irancy, Vézelay…).
