Gourmet Restaurant It's always such a pleasure to return to Clara Reydet's kitchen and table, this warm little corner of the province, where you can feel the good transmissions and a sincere family simplicity. This inn-like setting perfectly serves the ideas of the cuisine, which is made up of small plates, as touches of color bring together a painting: potato mousse, pickled mushrooms, candied egg yolk and peanut crunch; teriyaki trout, radish declination, buckwheat and dill salad; beef tartare, cumin brioche, beet and pecorino condiment; poached rhubarb, mousse and fromage blanc sorbet, lemon meringue. Well-balanced, Burgundy-oriented cellar.
