Gourmet Restaurant At the entrance to the pedestrian center, Christophe Philoreau delights with his cheerful brasserie, the latest adventure in a busy career working with the very best. Formerly of the Côte d'or and the Jamin, and previous owner of the bistrot du cuisinier on the other side of the Loire, the chef delights here with comforting traditional cuisine, summoning up timeless recipes: onion soup, mimosa eggs and smoked salmon, fish & chips, duck confit and pommes grenailles, calf's head with ravigote sauce, brioche perdue and whipped cream... Formulas at €23.30 and €32.90.
