Chef's Restaurant In a quiet street, behind an anthracite façade, Maximilien Kuzniar, formerly of Plantxa, attracts a regular and delighted clientele in the relaxed atmosphere of a modern-day bistro. While the lunch menu is tempting at €39, you can also be seduced by the promise of the "Grand kiff" tasting menu at €79: sea bream ceviche, smoked sweet potato purée and leche de tigre, vitello tonnato revisited, a personal version of the perfect egg, carrot sweetness, boosted by a Pampa sauce (chorizo-caramelized onions-basil), cod, pea mousseline, pea-groseilles-feta tartlet, yellow poultry supreme, rice risotto vénéré. We finish with two desserts, the first featuring popcorn in different textures and the second strawberries. Well-constructed cellar with dedicated references, smiling, efficient service.
