Chef's Restaurant The location, on the tourist trail of Little Venice, is privileged, but it's not the only asset of this house with its typical architecture extended by a beautiful terrace. The two "toques" are doing well, and today's tradi cuisine is above all gourmet: guinea fowl pâté en croûte, sweetbreads and foie gras, salmon trout aiguillettes, beurre blanc perlé with dill oil, vitello tonnato and fries in beef fat, or canaille luxury with caviar tartare. Large pieces to share, great desserts, such as baba blueberries with Greek yogurt ice cream.
