Winners of the Guide in their first year, Sharon and Jason continue to build on their success. Twenty minutes from Le Mans, the Franco-Filipino duo continue to offer a host of surprises for visitors, who would no doubt like to be able to choose from them from time to time. Perhaps that will come with time, maturity and a growing reputation. The selection in the cellar is top-notch, including by the glass (Bellivière in Jasnières, Terre de l'Élu in Anjou...).
