Close to Paul Doumer, at the end of the Cours de Verdun, this somewhat hidden address has remained the neighborhood's best bet, even taking second place two years ago. Confirmation again this year with the unbeatable lunch menu, featuring sea bream carpaccio with kalamansi vinaigrette, confit of pork belly and fregola risotto with green asparagus and spicy juice, cracker cabbage with vanilla hazelnut cream and granola. The evening is reserved for lovers of surprises, with a five-course minimum blind menu, but again at a contained price (€55 or €72). Well-organized cellar with good prices from all regions.
