Gourmet Restaurant It's a neo-bistro that the city needs, one that has a tendency to churn out banalities while chasing fashion, but one that offers a studied decor, atmosphere and coolness around plates that are ultimately quite nice: tobiko and wasabi mayo tamagos (marinated eggs), black pudding croquettes with black curry, BBQ-sauced lacquered ribs and stracciatella-snacked zucchinis make for a pleasant nibble, with an oversized cellar, but one that allows connoisseurs to indulge in little pleasures on their own (Belargus, Bellivière...)....) that are both natural and fashionable, while leaving a large part to established references (Gangloff, Jamet, Ogier in the Rhône region, for example).
