Gourmet Restaurant This elegant lakeside restaurant changed owners in the spring of 2018, but has retained the good manners of the Joël Bourrier era. The €24 lunch menu is a real bargain and, for special occasions, the €39 menu is ideal: good combination of beef gravlax and foie gras shavings, veal tendron accompanied by gourmet gnocchi with herbs and coconut purée before a well-executed chocolate and caramel shortbread.
