Gourmet Restaurant These legendary Vapeurs give everyone who passes through them a chance to tell their stories. "We were in Trouville, we went to Les Vapeurs, it's a safe bet". Indeed, this highly touristy and emblematic address is very safe and very regular. You can choose from the huge brasserie menu, with seafood and oysters, panaché de poisson sauce normande, choucroute de poissons au champagne, andouillette 5A, tripes à la mode de Caen. The gros plant is €25, Ladoucette's pouilly fumé €67, and Leflaive's aligoté €36.
