This mythical institution, perhaps the best-known on the Deauville-Trouville tandem, needs no introduction. Les Voiles and Les Vapeurs join forces to offer a trouvillaise flavour of shellfish, mussels marinière, oysters from Saint-Vaast or Chausey, seafood platters and carrelet meunière. It's these simple, regional dishes, along with breaded pig's trotters and 5A andouillette, that get the best out of the place.
