From the eighth floor, the panorama of the river and the Left Bank is magical. Chef Jérémy Ravier takes charge of operations with renewed confidence, with a short menu to suit both his traveling and Lyonnais clientele, with regulars appreciating comfort, regularity and guaranteed good food: foie gras quince hazelnut, pike crayfish broccolini, veal potimarron chestnuts trumpets of death... The bill remains contained (around €80 à la carte) with a dessert in the same vein (pear sesame yuzu, chocolate praline corn...) and the cellar is full. Menu at €49 for lunch.
