Chef's Restaurant The view is as beautiful as ever, and the Sofitel's restaurant is gradually gaining in strength and consistency, thanks to the work of chef Jérémy Ravier. He adds modernity to the program while maintaining a solid technical mastery: octopus marinated in yuzu, lime coriander and ginger, caramelized butternut scallops and chestnut ganache, sautéed veal chop, braised salsify with foie gras and truffle jus. Classic desserts (the soufflé varies according to the season), service worthy of the place, with precision and discretion. A well-adapted wine cellar, offering a logical choice and prices.
