Remarkable Restaurant This family home has the grace and solidity of the region's legendary potteries. Housed in a former pottery, it offers its many regulars lasting bliss, thanks to the talent of Michaël Fulci, master chef and tireless ambassador of the triumphant Mediterranean. But his skill goes further than the Provencal recital, in a seductive four-course menu: on carabineros with a powerful bisque, yellowtail and green beans blending iodized sweetness and vegetal, Pornic pigeon cooked in fig leaf, leg confit in fig ketchup, giblet tartlet and roasted figs. Well-constructed, light raspberry dessert, spiced up with Séchouan pepper and ginger, a serious yet distinguished atmosphere with service at the right distance. A large, well-informed wine cellar.
