Gourmet Restaurant A great classic of the resort, where tourists make a pilgrimage every time they visit. The folklore of "chez Raymond" has faded for an efficient business that's in full swing in summer on the beach of Saint-Clair, with standards still in force: wood-grilled fish, bouillabaisse, bourride and lobster pasta to order, at no-frills prices. Cellar with traditional local references.
