Gourmet Restaurant In an attractive stone-and-wood house, in a slightly rustic style, chef Yann Mercier-Balaz works with fine produce, for a slightly bourgeois cuisine suited to special occasions. The execution is just right, and the presentations are appetizing: a starter of roasted langoustine tails, cold pea cream and shellfish reduction, frogs in parsley sauce and new apples, roast duck breast, grilled eggplants and chimichurri sauce. A cellar logically focused on Beaujolais.
