The menu is concise, and the dishes—a fresh take on tradition—hit the mark, both in seasoning and cooking: razor clams and octopus à la plancha with parsley and a ginger-pepper sauce, cannelloni of beef cheek and tail with lobster and green asparagus, rice pudding with vanilla, caramel, and salted butter—a delightful, flawless meal for around €75.
