Chef's Restaurant It's undoubtedly one of the most beautiful terraces between the Italian border and Marseille, and one of the most popular ports of call too. In the kitchen, Nicolas Rondelli (a former student of Alain Llorca at the Negresco period and of Jacques Chibois) buys every morning from the same fisherman, whose catch he works with naturalness, respect and simplicity. The four-course Découverte menu is an excellent way to discover this cuisine of exceptional products, easily understood by all, and to enjoy a balmy summer evening, admiring the sunset and pampered by attentive service.
