Gourmet Restaurant A grand hotel near the station, it's the place to be for seminars and frequent travelers, and its table for special occasions and business dinners. Bourgeois and refined, the dining room welcomes Aurélien Mauny's dishes with a marked modernity and a hushed ambience, where tradition meets progressive ideas. The menu includes salmon gravelax with basil oil and vegetable méli-mélo, ham with parsley, cod with fennel espuma and grapefruit caramel, Charolais confit with blackcurrant ketchup, baked potatoes, beef jerky and Comté cheese veil, peach verbena with spiced crumble, and red fruit baba. Suitable cellar.
