Chef's Restaurant We were less convinced this year by the classic performance of this hotel, where all efforts seem to be focused on a certain image, although the assets of this warm room, below the hotel on the shores of the lake, are intact. Tastes were simple and just right, with cod cooked in a bok choy leaf, cuttlefish with tomato, basil and chorizo, a little dominated by the sauce, a fine monkfish, well cooked on the bone, a fine product, with a very powerful jus, creamy mushrooms and beef jus, and a chocolate tart with a good composition. Dedicated service, a little tense, a cellar of well-known names, with a very banal offer by the glass.
