Chef's Restaurant It's an unforgettable moment, no less. And if it attracts 400,000 people every year, it's undoubtedly because this venue is a monument. Excessiveness on every level, but also luxury. Yes, nothing less, luxury in 2024, to find abundance as well as rarity, that profusion that is the sister of gourmandise and which seduces tourists from all over the world, but also good eaters and enlightened amateurs. So happy to find in France such a complete and accomplished panorama of our great dishes as well as our grandmother's little ones. Staggering counters, filled with victuals of unquestionable quality: terrines, sausages, hams, then the sea with oysters, seafood, shellfish, smoked fish, Bellevue salmon, the whole rotisserie, 5A andouillette, stuffed quail, matured rib of beef, suckling pig, and then the great classics, beef and tripe stew, real duck à la presse, hare à la royale... And that's not all, with the world's largest cheese platter (120 varieties) and a buffet of 80 mouth-watering desserts, including crêpe Suzette and Norwegian omelette. Not everything is worth two toques culinarily speaking, but this place, an indispensable showcase of French genius, is totally indispensable. The cellar is equally enormous, with grands crus by the glass that would make some palace sommeliers weep.
