Gourmet Restaurant Pure Provençal cuisine reinvented by a young team, who take tradition to heart and turn it into a lively, attractive menu, quoting the producers, butchers and fishmongers who make up this attractive catalog: Jerusalem artichoke and carrot bone soup, aïgo boulido, lamb tripe with tomato, headless larks, Provençal daube, aïgo sau... We finish with crêpes flambées or ice creams from Tarentina in Marseille. And winegrowers from Provence, Rhône and Pays d'Oc all take part in this little regional celebration.
