Chef's Restaurant This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful views in Marseille, a terrace where you're sure never to miss your first date. The luxury of the hotel and the scenery all the way to Notre-Dame has found its third musketeer in Arnaud Davin, former chef of La Serre in Paimpol, who has now taken up the challenge of creating inspired Mediterranean cuisine. The challenge is well met with technical plates and common-sense recipes: thin slices of sea bream, orange marinade, fennel salad and combawa zest, whole roasted bass, dried fennel, tomatoes, potatoes and preserved lemon, rack of lamb with rosemary and grilled asparagus, mint-infused Berre strawberry and strawberry sorbet.
