On the Belgian border, in the lovely Lorraine gaumaise region, this stopover hotel is a beautiful stopover in the heart of the country, also offering gourmet dining. The chef imagines a contemporary cuisine, in stark contrast to the traditional habits of local addresses, a seasonal plate in good evolution. Discover a lentil, eggplant and pointed cabbage salad, coppa and smoked paprika cream cheese; hake fillet, parsley pesto, polenta and fennel; beef tagliata, arugula, cherry tomatoes and pommes grenailles; and poached pineapple with hibiscus, coconut cream and popcorn.
