The frenzy surrounding the table has passed, but the pleasure is still there! There's that Anthony Bourdain spirit, where you sit down unexpectedly on one of those narrow counter stools, pecking at market produce, with friends and good wine. It's an authentic moment, with dishes on the slate as generous and authentic as ever: a small plate of escargots à la bourguignonne, pork and duck terrine, mussels with gorgonzola, grilled octopus, whole matured pigeon, seasonal sweetbreads. Lively atmosphere.
