Chef's Restaurant It's a unique experience in Épinal, a magnificent 1873 house with Belle Époque features, featuring beautiful living rooms with parquet flooring, chandeliers and wood panelling, with contemporary furniture bringing a touch of modernity to the whole. In this rare setting, a crack team - Stéphane Ringer, Rémi Gornet and Antoine Lecomte - work with intelligence and fluidity, pursuing a reconstituted idea of gastronomy, each contributing his or her stone to the edifice. The €95 menu is a good choice, with its declination of duck foie gras from the Limagne estate, terrine in morello cherry jelly, crème brûlée, summer truffle yogurt, iced soup with peanut slivers, a back of St. Pierre cooked a la plancha, filet mignon de veau, sweetbreads, slice of pan-fried foie gras, tartelette with chanterelles, peas, spelt and old port jus. Beautiful desserts.
