A friendly modern counter in the bustling Rue des Bouchers, this doesn't mean you can't choose good regional produce, like beef from nearby farms or flax-fed pork, vegetables from a neighboring farm for dishes of today: beechwood-smoked sirloin carpaccio, Comines snails with garlic butter, vitello tonnato, duck breast with honey-balsamic sauce and Sarladaise potatoes... And the wines are well chosen by a friendly wine merchant.
